i know, i've been saying so much about the chalet but never really acted on it..my apologies. had been quite clogged up with school work (and its terrible cos my hard work didnt really churn up good grades.) but nonetheless, i was thinking of a chalet end of this year.

ah but everyone seemed so busy, its already quite tough just to get everyone together for a dinner! i dunno if a chalet is a good idea. but we sure can go ahead with the chalet idea if at least 10 of us are coming? haha

we'll see how lah hor. meanwhile take care everyone! and happy holidays/working/studying/serving the nation!

it's first of november already! and it's year 2007. we have known each other for 5 years already! give yourself a little pat on the shoulders! hahaha. its been very cold recently. so you guys better take care of yourself and not get sick ok? hahaha

SECRETS OF THE RED LANTERN- a chinatown night walk.

for those who went to the humanities camp back when we were in sec3 shd rmb the quite thrilling and horriying walk down kanpung glam. but needless to say, it was all a very very great experience with many eye-opening and ear-popping stories/lessons learnt.

pls pls pls come again to this exciting trip with me when we can all "Discover vice and tragedy in the shadows of Chinatown by night"-quote from singaporewalks. This tour actually costs $25 and it is on every friday 6.30pm to 8.30pm.meeting place at chinatown mrt exit A we will visit:

• Pagoda Street • Food Street • Street of the Dead • • Back Alleys • Red Light District • Barbequed Pork Shop •

sorry for making you guys look so gay in the picture. oh ya! they had a task. there were 3 candles and each of them can only blow off their own candle. well, they succeeded!!! leslie had the easiest job though. lols. leslie is still an over-achiever. he'll be going overseas to study economics. i think he'll have a great time there. and a very wonderful future too. kinda envious of him. he has a scholarship. i think he became really capable in jc. president of various clubs. and now he's an officer in army too! really proud of him. and my mum has a very good impression of him. hahahahx.

the last slp over during christmas was actually in 2005 but many of us thought that it was just last year. time flies ya? i'm glad that the previous slp over has been in your heads. lolx =) we had goose, and alot of food.

this time round, we had alot of snacks, and we talked. alot. looking through those year books really brought back memories. alven and i were talking about our bball days. and the rest of them talked about zhss. about our class. everyone changed so much. reminiscing about the past. it's such a wonderful memory!! oh... so sorrie i fell aslp. sobx!!! so pai seh!!!! didn't manage to see you guys out. hope you all had fun!!

hello 4e7,

has anyone read my tag and went back to look at our archives? haha our blog is actually a little over 2 years now! *applause* its been tough keeping everyone together but i think somehow some of us got closer after we graduated, which is a good thing of course.

eric asked me today if its possible to re-take this picture:

i thought it would be pretty tough to re-take this picture in the exact same fashion, with everyone so busy and stuff. but it's still possible...right? :) let's give it a shot one day!

Dear 4e7,

it's amazing how times flies when i look back at our secondary school days and realise it was two years ago since we flaunt our jerseys at the stadium during sports day. and suddenly, we're all getting ready to enter uni, or for the boys, to enter a sad phase of their life. hahaha. but i'm glad this blog is still ongoing and we're still in touch with each other. it's hard to believe we havent paint each other's nails for ages girls! :D

i can't wait for a june chalet karin! so if you need any help from any of us, all you need to do is command us (: and we would do our best! i know you have been working very hard to plan and organise class outings and i really appreciate your efforts! i really need to meet up with you all for chalet or i'll really start to suck at bridge. hahaa

after looking at the calendar in my organiser, feeling the gloom of the impending block tests 2, i figured it would be wise to set a class outing in the second week of the june holidays. hahaha sorry to be making this decision on my own but is 8th of June an okay date for our class outing? at least it's in the 2nd week and u guys have another 2 weeks to worry abt block tests (and still enjoy some company). if u guys are ok, (that is, u tag reply saying u r fine with it), the date would be not subjected to further changes (so as to make things easier for ur revision, and mine too!haha)

i cracked my brain and thought of possible programmes for the day. i think and think for a long time, but i still thought of nothing. >< not really helpful, but haha, i really couldnt think of anything we could do. so i suggest, a movie outing! btw, 8th of june is a Thursday, so any new movie that week would have been out already. haha! is it ok? we can do another spiderman2 thing at marina square again. (i still rmb i bought 23 tickets but 25 of you turn up. haha we cheated!)if u guys dont mind a movie outing at marina square, then we can quickly finalise the details! hahah reminder:must walk a damn long way to marina square, but tt's the only place i can think of tt's not so crowded, and we can probably have the whole cinema to ourselves!

once again, all details of the outing are open to suggestions :) plssss suggest something/or tell me whatever i had proposed here is fine. i need replies ok!! hahaha

Just some random thoughts from me. Once again, i am totally not into all my tutorials, because they are simply plain boring. Stumbled at some stupid curve sketching questions which kept me thinking for so so so long. Was about to give up, so turned to the internet to 'relieve' myself.

Was surfing through all our blogs and just happens that xue min's blog contains the pictures during the grad ceremony and the prom. All these pictures contains our memories, all of it protrays the best times that we once shared before we parted. I am also in some of the pictures too! =) The smiles and the laughter. Until this very moment, i still cannot forget.The wonderful memories of all of you will forever be encraved in my heart. The bond that we shared together as 1. 42 electrons forming a single bond( what should i be named then??)

Comparing the present selves with our pasts, i realised that we have indeed matured a lot. After a year of hardship, be it in the JC route or the POLy course, all of us have grow up to be a stronger and better person. Each of us grow with different goals in lives, and i believe very soon, all of us will be out there achieving our goals. In another year or so, the guys will be out there servicing the nation, while the girls will be in the uni, looking out for their prince charming to come into their lives( haha, or maybe not so soon). JC and POLY education are transition periods to adulthood, and for the guys, NS will be the time when all of us will be come more mature and be more aware of the happenings around us.

So many things to say, but things will always have to come to a close. A wonderful ending is the best in all situation, don you all agree with me? Hereby wish all of you luck in whatever you are doing. AGE QUOD AGIS( do well in whatever you do).

well, once again, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th all cannot. 24th and 26th is out for joyce. personally i prefer dont 23rd la, cos i just return to singapore and will probably be a piece of dead meat. 25th is to be kept free for certain families who may want to celebrate (like mine!)

but like what yenny says, christmas is for 12 days! hahaha. so can everyone write down the dates that they are free (excluding those mentioned dates above please)

and POT LUCK shall be our highlight! (: remember, try to bring traditional christmas food and preferably enough for at least 2 people. a few of us can share to buy a turkey, the rest for drinks.

christmas is coming! how exciting (: as all can see from karin's entry, we're going to continue with the tradition of having a christmas party and gifts exchange!

currently the venue is still not fixed but anyway, the gifts exchange terms would be as usual- with 10 bucks as the budget (so we can start shopping now liao) so i was wondering if we can fix a date?

i'm thinking either 24th or 26th. christmas itself i'm thinking of keeping it free in case anyone's family is celebrating the occasion (in my case, my family is la). any objections or suggestions do tag ah.

the sleepover meeting time: 6.00 pm at Yio Chu Kang Mrt Station(sigh, im having council outing b4 this so let me have the time to come down from harbour front to yck ok?? thanks yen for all the help too!)
please note the following important items!
- cushion
- sleeping bag
- dvds vcds cds
- poker cards
- board games/ anything u wan to play
- MONEY! for food and all that
- EZ link card
- enough clothes
- tooth brush
- toiletries
* they are the basic things u may need for an ordinary chalet! must bring ar!
all other special arrangements, i will tell you guys on the day itself. :) like where to bathe, sleep, play and which aircons to switch on. haha

that's all abt the chalet, for now.. hope things are clearer now! :D

and let me tell you a story to make you guys laugh.

it had been a great day yesterday. the weather's doing fine, altho it was really warm for a while, the food at BK was great, and the first day of my first aid course went well. i mean, what could really go wrong, it was such a nice day. seeing weiqi on stage as the "great seamstress" and maracas "shaker" was entertaining. the day just CAN'T get any better. what's more, 4e7's around. everything was great, really.

Until.

we reached amk.

yen and matt were having a short celebratory cheer after having successfully sent each other bluetooth files, and hurriedly we got off 74, and made a whole racket. you know, saying good bye and all, waving franctically to the double decker. we knew 853 wouldn't come that quickly; we missed the previous one, so we sort of took our own sweet time. yen suggested going 7/11, and off we go. wow! cheap snapple on the shelf! great! just what we wanted: cold drink. we opened the snapples and started comparing the facts, laughing and joking. as usual. we crossed the road to the 853 bus stop, and stood somewhere near the bus stop. under a tree. big mistake.

it was around 10.30pm already, and we started talking abt the sleepover, and thinking abt the fun we are so going to have. we stood in a bermuda triangle formation, the 3 of us. wow, the drink's lovely. then, all of a sudden, i felt something. it's like the sensation you get when a small fly land on your elbow. then i saw, oh, a speck of something. i flicked it off my hand, and continued talking to yen. i never realise anything at all, seriously.

then i heard it.

james exclaimed,"oh no." the first thought that ran thru my mind was, did me and yen just miss the bus? couldn't be, the time's not right. ah, then we saw.

the slimy goo on james's finger.

BIRD DROPPING.

then, me and yen started laughing, and wondering just how lucky james is. i mean, such "misfortune" don't happen to you all the time. *laughter proceeds* i finished my snapple, as yen attended to james. stuffing tissue paper between his fingers. i decided to open my bag, to take out my phone, to start smsing ppl abt wad just happened.

then i saw it. that lump of thing. on my bag.

man, my first reaction was shock. then laughter came, and went. yen started giving me tissue paper too, and we just laughed and laughed. we thought tt was all. we really thought so.

then james decided he shld finish his snapple too. ah, open the cap. "wait, i better check if got bird...SHI*" there, right at the snapple logo, is a slight trace of bird droppings.

man, i think i never laughed like that before. james just threw that bottle of snapple down the bin, and three of us stood in the bus stop, concluding that it had been a bad virgo day. (both me and james are virgos born in the same month.)

tata, that's all. so much for a tuesday.

oh yeah, and im abt to be a licensed first aider. muahahaha

alright. decided to tell u guys all abt the chalet now.

THERE IS NO CLASS CHALET.

haha shocked? yah, i din manage to book a chalet for you guys.. so sorry! so i decided to persuade my mom to let me have my old house as the "chalet". it's not a big surprise really. dun worry! at least there's lots of space in my old house (it's really empty and there's nothing inside except for the air cons and standing fans and stoves. and one unused fish tank. ) my mom gave me some instructions for tt day. haha my ex-neighbours know we are coming down, so it shld be okay. dun worry abt the TV, tables and chairs, water, air con and electricity. and poker cards. and board games. yenny and ks had graciously offered to help! :)

mahjong table, icebox, 2 slping bags, mayb chairs, dvds = yenny
tv, dvds, the games, 10 decks of playing cards and probably some electric appliances = ks
any other things = u guys can help to bring too!

currently, we are short of mahjong tiles, lots of sleeping bags (there's no beds in my house) cushions..and ALL OF YOU!

our 2005 November chalet has just been transformed into:

guess what, i think the chalet is booked already. my uncle and aunt graciously offered to help me again :) haha they were the ones who helped me booked an aranda chalet some 4 yrs ago. hahaha

okay so please please please MAKE 28TH 29TH and the 30TH free ok! it will be at downtown east, and pretty sad to say i think i only booked one room (which means really really little space. think most of us gotta camp out. we'll see abt tt lah!) and it will be a monday tuesday and wednesday. tentatively. that means we can watch movies too (only $7!!) maybe i can draw up some programmes (effect of council) okay i think tt's all abt it!

my sister and mom caught april snow today. hahaha. quote my sister, " siao one tt movie, dunno why did i watch it for." hahaha and btw, are we of the right age to watch it? hahah my mom said it was steamy. the female lead is really HOT but the movie quite meaningless. so are we still watching it? i suggest we watch WIG. hahahah the trailer is sooooo scary lah!
